	* ingredients
	- pasta
	- egg, pancetta, pecorino cheese
	- parsery
	- oliveoil, blackpepper

	* preparation
	
	* cook
	- boil pasta with salt
	- oliveoil, cubed pancetta, blackpepper in the pan
	- add pasta, stir
	- add pasta water
	- keep low heat and stir
	- mix parsery
	- add pasta water
	- mix egg, pecorino cheese and black pepper

	* serve
	- cheese and parsley on top
