	* ingredients
	- steak
	- mushroom, tomato

	* preparation
	- (preheat an oven, 200)
	- salt and pepper, olive oil on mushroom and tomato

	* cook
	- oil
	- rosemarry
	- burn the meat on the pan 
	- then cover or cook in the oven with mushroom and tomato
	
	* sause
	- sause1: olive oil and soy sause
	- sause2: soy and wasabi mastard
	- sause3: cook garlic and onion, then mix butter and soy

	* serve
	- serve steak with sause
